Unlike ordinary rotisserie systems, Lynx features a heavy duty motor that can be set to three different speeds; instead of just on or off. Lynx also has two different positions, in which the spit rod (skewer) can be located; and when you are ready to rotiss, there is no need to find a storage location for your stainless steel warming rack, you simply raise it up and rest it on the two steel brackets.
